The Service
Nexum Router is an API gateway that lets coding tools reach the AI models listed in your dashboard. Model availability, speed, and limits can change as upstream providers change.
Plans and Billing

New customers are offered one of two plans, and the
plan and price offered to you are shown before you pay:
- Weekly: $5.50 per week, renewing automatically every week; or
- Monthly with a first week: your first 7 days cost $7.99. After that, your subscription renews automatically at $29.99 per month.
- Existing weekly customers keep renewing weekly at the price they signed up at, until they switch to monthly.
- Applicable taxes are added at checkout and shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record, whose own terms of sale also apply to your purchase.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and charge the payment method on file, until you cancel. Your dashboard shows your next renewal date.
Changing Plans
Where your dashboard offers it, a weekly subscriber can switch to monthly. The switch takes effect at your next renewal: nothing is charged when you switch, and from that date you are billed $29.99 per month instead of the weekly price. You can undo a pending switch before it takes effect.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from the dashboard. Cancelling stops all future charges. It ends your subscription and access straight away, including any time left in the current period.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any charge, including the first-week price, renewals, plan switches, partial periods, or unused time, except where the law requires it.
Payment Disputes
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may share records of your purchase, your acceptance of these terms, and your use of the service to respond to the dispute.
Acceptable Use
- Keep your API keys private; you are responsible for usage made with them.
- Do not resell, share, or publicly expose access to your account.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to abuse upstream providers.
We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these rules.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any particular model will always be offered.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases and plan changes made after they are posted.
